Transformation in Outdoor Spaces
Why It Works
As a facilitator, I act as a guide to connect your team to each other, the planet, and your company’s goals through purposeful outdoor experiences.
I work to bring meaningful interactions, a greater understanding of the drive behind the job that is done, and bring people closer to individual, collective, and company values. Doing so strengthens the integrity of the workplace, a desire to grow together, and allows everyone to leave with more connections than they came with.
Being in Nature regenerates creativity, imagination for future projects, and provides the opportunity for problem solving in a relaxing environment and space that requires a shared effort to achieve results.
This form of facilitation is not only for the purpose of gathering and learning how important the way we interact in Nature is, but for working with Nature to build transformative relationships that lead people back to true purpose, motivation, and passion in what they do and how they work.
This is for your company if:
Your organization centers around conservation, environmental science, and/or stewardship.
Your company’s core values surround getting outside, adventure, Nature conservation, land stewardship, reversing climate change, and/or saving the planet.
You are planning a gathering or event and would like to include a program that offers knowledge on local flora.
You and/or your participants would like to connect deeper to Nature.
You’d like to provide a service that strengthens the participants relationship with the Earth through working with herbal medicine in the field and foraging.
